We’re building Kodezi OS, a real-time, cross-platform operating system that heals, evolves, and documents codebases autonomously.

As GTM Lead, you’ll operate across product marketing, growth, operations, and internal systems. You’ll shape how Kodezi reaches the world, from early adopters to strategic partners, and help build the operational backbone that turns ideas into traction.

This role is in-person in San Francisco, with remote options across North America and Europe for exceptional candidates.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Drive go-to-market initiatives, including messaging, product launches, and positioning

  • Build and manage internal tools, dashboards, and workflow systems for GTM execution

  • Draft product copy, outbound campaigns, blog posts, landing pages, and emails

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and developer relations teams

  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer intelligence

  • Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising materials, investor updates, and partner engagement

  • Launch and iterate on growth experiments across content, onboarding, and outreach

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Clear and effective written communication across docs, decks, and headlines

  • Strong bias toward action, you simplify, unblock, and ship without waiting

  • Experience in early-stage teams, product marketing, growth, or founder support

  • Operational fluency with tools like spreadsheets, CRMs, dashboards, and async workflows

Bonus points for:

  • Familiarity with developer tools, AI platforms, or technical infrastructure

  • Comfort with lightweight design, no-code tools, or rapid prototyping environments

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and turn early ideas into repeatable systems
