As a Product Designer, you’ll own the visual and interaction design of the entire product. From real-time dashboards to code intelligence overlays, you’ll help shape how developers experience trust, clarity, and flow in deeply technical environments. You’ll work closely with engineering and AI teams to translate complexity into confident, intuitive tools.

This role is in-person in San Francisco, with remote options across North America and Europe for exceptional candidates.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Lead design across the full product experience, including dashboards, overlays, and workflows

• Translate complex engineering logic into simple, intuitive interfaces

• Create flows, prototypes, and visuals that feel fast, focused, and native to developers

• Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to surface intelligent system behavior

• Own and evolve a high-performance design system focused on clarity and speed

• Contribute to product strategy alongside founders and engineers

• Advocate for polish, usability, and precision across every interaction

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of product design experience, ideally within technical or developer-facing tools

• Strong portfolio of clean, scalable interfaces for complex workflows or systems

• Experience designing for both desktop and web-based applications

• Mastery of Figma and related prototyping tools

• Deep understanding of system design, interaction hierarchy, and UX architecture

Bonus points for:

• Background in engineering, frontend development, or devtools

• Experience designing AI-powered or automation-assisted interfaces
